How it works
Four steps, and you are not chasing us for any of them.
Step one
You tell us what you need
Use the request form or call. Four short questions tell us whether this is a personal return, business work, an extension or an IRS problem.
Step two
We call to set the time
You give us the days and time windows that generally work. We call back with a specific appointment and the exact list of what to bring.
Step three
We do the work
Your return, books or IRS response gets prepared and reviewed. If something in your documents does not add up, we ask before we file, not after.
Step four
We stay reachable
Filing is not the end of the relationship. Questions in July get the same attention as questions in March, from the same person.
No seasonal storefront
We are here in July, in October and the week the IRS letter arrives. That is the whole point of using a local firm.
Quoted before we start
You hear the price before any work begins. No surprise invoice at pickup, no charges you did not agree to.
Low pressure, always
We are not selling you a product on the side. You came for tax and accounting work and that is what you will be offered.
Books and taxes together
When the same firm keeps the books and files the return, tax season stops being an archaeology project.
