Everything here is general information about tax, accounting and IRS procedure. It is not tax, legal, accounting or investment advice for your situation, and reading it does not make you our client. Tax law changes, and the right answer depends on facts we have not seen. Do not act, or decide not to act, based only on what you read here. Speak with us, or with another qualified professional, about your circumstances first.

No client relationship is created here

Sending the appointment request form, calling us or emailing us does not by itself create a professional engagement. An engagement begins when we agree in writing on the work to be performed. Until then, please do not assume a deadline is being handled on your behalf.

Do not send sensitive information through the form

The website form is for scheduling and general enquiries. Do not use it to transmit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial account numbers or images of tax documents. Once you are a client, use the secure portal for those. We are not responsible for information you choose to send by an insecure route after being asked not to.

Deadlines

Do not rely on a web form to protect a filing or response deadline. If you have an IRS or state deadline approaching, call (678) 673-6912 and speak to a person. Form submissions are read during business hours only.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep this site accurate and current, including the links to IRS resources, and we re-check those links periodically. Even so, we make no warranty that everything here is complete, current or error-free, and government agencies move and retire pages without notice. The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we do not promise uninterrupted access.

Links to IRS.gov, the Georgia Department of Revenue, our secure portal provider and other third parties are offered for convenience. We do not control that content and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site. Your use of those sites is governed by their terms, not ours.

The design, text, layout and code of this site, and the Trinity Enterprises & Tax Associates name and logo, belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy, republish or reuse them without our written consent. You are welcome to print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Coweta County, Georgia.
