Trinity Enterprises & Tax Associates, Inc. (“Trinity,” “we,” “us”) operates this website at trinitytaxservices.net. This policy explains what we collect here, why, and what we do with it. It covers the website. Information you give us as a tax or accounting client is additionally governed by professional confidentiality obligations and by federal law, including the rules restricting the use and disclosure of tax return information.

What this website collects

Only what you type into it. When you submit the appointment request form, we receive the information in the fields you completed: your name, phone number, email address, business name if you provided one, the type of work you need, the details you selected, your availability preferences, and any message you wrote. We also receive the page you submitted from and the time of submission.

We ask you not to send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, account numbers or images of tax documents through the website form. That is what the secure client portal is for.

Why we collect it

To contact you about the appointment or question you raised, and to prepare for that conversation. Nothing more. We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with marketing companies, lead brokers or data aggregators, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.

Who can see it

Trinity personnel who need it to do the work. We use service providers to operate the website and deliver form submissions to our inbox, and those providers process the data on our instructions only. We may disclose information where the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order, or where you have asked us in writing to share it with someone, for example a lender or an attorney.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not run advertising pixels. Fonts and animation libraries are loaded from third-party content delivery networks, which by their nature receive your IP address in order to serve the file. Pages containing an embedded map or an embedded video load that content from Google, which may set cookies under its own policies. Video embeds use YouTube’s no-cookie domain to reduce that.

Your browser stores one small item locally to remember which service you selected before jumping to the form. It is not shared with anyone and disappears when you close the tab.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel encrypted. Client documents are exchanged through an encrypted portal rather than by email attachment, which is exactly why we ask you to use it. No system is perfect; if we ever learn of a breach affecting your information, we will tell you and comply with the notification laws that apply.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are retained as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the enquiry, and longer where professional or legal record-keeping rules require it. Client records are retained under those professional requirements, not this website policy.

Your choices

You can ask us what website information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an enquiry record, by calling (678) 673-6912 or emailing trinitytaxservices@att.net. Deletion requests may be limited where we are required to keep a record. If you asked us to contact you and change your mind, tell us and we will stop.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Parents naturally provide information about dependents in the course of tax preparation; that is client information, handled under professional rules, not website data.

Links to other sites

We link to IRS.gov, the Georgia Department of Revenue and other outside resources because they are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their policies when you get there.

Accessibility

We want this site usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation or magnification. If any part of it gets in your way, tell us at (678) 673-6912 or trinitytaxservices@att.net and we will fix it and get you the information you needed another way in the meantime.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update it here and change the review date at the top. Material changes will be noted plainly rather than buried.
